A flat amount for anything past your free radius, or a rate per mile or kilometer for the distance beyond it.
Set the furthest you’ll travel. Past it, the client is asked to send you a message, so a destination job becomes a conversation, not a lost lead.
Set a default once, or give one session type its own rules.
Your client’s side
Your client types the venue. ShotBreak measures the distance from the location on your listing and adds the travel fee as its own line in the summary, before they confirm. Inside your free radius they read “travel included”.
Past your range: they can’t pay online and are asked to send you a message, so you can quote it yourself.
Distance is measured in a straight line, not by road.
