About ShotBreak

Photographers deserve better.

At 21, Korinna ran a photo lab and camera shop in Hungary. Film development. Prints. Gear. Real customers walking in the door. Real deadlines. Real pressure.

Then she built Korinnart, a flying dress business made by hand. Not because she wanted to be in fashion, but because photographers kept asking for something unforgettable on set.

Those dresses did not just get made. They got tested in real sessions, in real weather, with real clients, again and again.

And that's when the pattern became impossible to ignore: the photos were beautiful, but the workflow behind them was chaos.

Three decades after that first photo lab, she's still building the same thing - just updated for how clients book today. That's ShotBreak.

Don’t break. Take a break. Get your break.

What we're done with

Let's say it plainly. The industry has normalized things photographers should never have accepted.

01

Pay-to-play lead marketplaces that sell the same "lead" to five photographers and call it opportunity.

02

A race to the bottom where the platform wins even when you do not.

03

Disconnected tools for booking, contracts, messaging, galleries, and payments, with none of them talking.

04

Client chaos spread across DMs, email threads, links, and "wait, where was that again?".

05

Work that steals your nights: culling, organizing, chasing approvals, and chasing payments.

Photographers deserve better than that.

What we're building instead

ShotBreak is a digital-first studio operating system - built so your business runs like a business:

Direct booking from your website (packages, availability, deposits - built in).

Client experience that feels premium (portal, checklists, updates, galleries, approvals).

Weather intelligence that keeps you ahead of the light, the storm, and the "should we reschedule?" texts.

Faster delivery (Smart Select + one-click enhancements).

Payments that actually flow (invoices, deposits, and everything tied to the job).

One platform. One flow. Less busywork.

The Story (Why This Is Personal)

ShotBreak did not come from a pitch deck. It came from the field.

Behind the counter

At 21, Korinna ran a photo lab and camera shop in Hungary.

Developing film, printing photos, selling gear, serving photographers and families every day. That is where the obsession with workflow started.

On real shoots, for years

After moving to the U.S., Korinna built Korinnart, a handmade flying dress business.

That work put her side-by-side with photographers across sessions and workshops, watching the same problems repeat: booking friction, scattered communication, last-minute weather surprises, and delivery taking way too long.

Family-built, on purpose

Korinna and her son built ShotBreak as an independent family team with one goal:

Make photographers faster, more organized, and more bookable, without selling their soul to lead platforms.

What "family-built" means here

It's not a vibe. It's how the product gets made.

01

Small team. Zero boardroom energy.

02

We build what working photographers actually need, not vanity features.

03

We stay close to the craft (client experience, booking flow, delivery speed).

04

We improve constantly because your workflow is never "done".

The bigger mission

A new generation of clients is digital-first. They expect clarity, speed, and a smooth experience.

Photographers should be able to meet them there, without paying tolls to marketplaces, without juggling tools, and without wasting their nights on admin.

That's the point of ShotBreak. Photographers deserve better and we're building it.
